MPI Project has focused on developing Breakbeat as culture, not merely a style of music, through his record label, Fracture Records and now Two Twiggs.

Through Fracture Records, in association with many 'Breakbeat Culture Purveyors' (The Breakdown, Back2Bass, INISHI8, Guerilla WarFare and Two Twiggs) MPI Project has initiated many successful events and projects. He has played alongside names such as Diesel Boy, Freq Nasty, Electro Muse and featured at events like Kiss, Select, Sense as well as featured on 5fm’s Vinyl Frontier and Ubona on Channel O and GOTV.

MPI Project, under the Fracture Banner, coordinated the 'Production skills' sessions of the Heineken Found @ Thirst Workshop, in 2003. These workshops were hosted in the interests of Music Development within South Africa, alongside the international judges Pete Tong, Smokin' Jo, Daniele Davoli, Miss Motif and Dennis Ferrer as well as local ambassadors Roger Goode, Glen Lewis, Vinnie Da Vinci and Oskido. |
